Review is designed for organizing your assets into structured folder hierarchies and sharing them with collaborators or clients.
Layout
Review uses a three-panel layout:
- Left — Folder sidebar with tree navigation
- Center — Asset grid (justified layout)
- Right — Share settings and folder details
Folders
Create a folder hierarchy to organize deliverables:
- Drag and drop assets between folders
- Nest folders for multi-level organization
- Breadcrumb navigation for quick traversal
Sharing
Share folders with external collaborators:
- Generate share links for specific folders
- Control access permissions
- Share read-only views without requiring login
Batch Operations
- Select multiple assets with Shift+click or Ctrl+click
- Move, copy, or remove selected assets
- Bulk download selections
Relationship to Projects & Shots
Review folders work alongside the Project/Shot system:
- Projects are your top-level organizational units (created in any app)
- Shots are sub-folders within projects
- Review folders provide an additional layer for deliverable organization and sharing
