Review

Review is designed for organizing your assets into structured folder hierarchies and sharing them with collaborators or clients.

Layout

Review uses a three-panel layout:

• Left — Folder sidebar with tree navigation
• Center — Asset grid (justified layout)
• Right — Share settings and folder details

Folders

Create a folder hierarchy to organize deliverables:

• Drag and drop assets between folders
• Nest folders for multi-level organization
• Breadcrumb navigation for quick traversal

Sharing

Share folders with external collaborators via public links:

• Folder or shot-scoped shares — Share a whole Review folder or just a single shot from a project
• Password protection — Lock a share link with an optional password
• Zip download — Recipients can download every asset in a share as a single zip
• Mobile viewer — Shared pages are fully polished on phones and tablets
• Rich link previews — Links unfurled in Slack, email, or messaging apps show a generated preview mosaic of the assets inside
• No login required — Recipients open the link in any browser

Batch Operations

• Select multiple assets with Shift+click or Ctrl+click
• Move, copy, or remove selected assets
• Bulk download selections

Relationship to Projects & Shots

Review folders work alongside the Project/Shot system:

• Projects are your top-level organizational units (created in any app)
• Shots are sub-folders within projects
• Review folders provide an additional layer for deliverable organization and sharing
