How Credits Work
Hylope uses a credit-based system. You purchase credits (either through a subscription or a one-off credit pack) and spend them on AI generations. Each generation costs credits based on the provider, model, resolution, and duration.
- The estimated cost is shown on the Generate button before you submit
- Your credit balance is visible in the status bar at the bottom of the screen
Every paid plan gets every model
All image, video, music, and upscale models are available on every paid plan. There is no "Pro models" tier — if you're paying for Hylope, you can pick any model in the selector. You only pay for what you generate, out of your credit balance.

What the plan actually changes
The differences between paid plans are:
- Video output resolution — Basic caps at 720p, Plus at 1080p, Pro and Team unlock 4K (where the model supports it). Images are up to 4K on every plan.
- Concurrent jobs — how many generations can run at the same time
- Credit bonus — Plus, Pro, and Team get a % bonus on credits
- Project management — available on Plus and above
- Early access — Pro and Team get new models and features first
- Team workspaces — shared workspaces, role-based access, and team member management are Team-only
Concurrent Jobs
Each plan limits how many jobs can run simultaneously. If you hit the limit, your next job will start as soon as a slot opens.
Managing Your Subscription
- Click your profile icon in the header
- Select Account
- Go to the Billing tab
- Manage your subscription, purchase credits, or view transaction history
