How Credits Work
Hylope uses a credit-based system. You purchase credits and spend them on AI generations. Each generation costs credits based on the provider, model, resolution, and duration.
- The estimated cost is shown on the Generate button before you submit
- Your credit balance is visible in the status bar at the bottom of the screen
Plans Overview

| Team | Shared workspaces, per-seat pricing, role-based access, Pro models |
Pro Models
Some models require a Plus, Pro, or Team plan. These are marked as "Pro" in the model selector. See Providers & Models for the full list.
Concurrent Jobs
Each plan limits how many jobs can run simultaneously. If you hit the limit, your next job will start as soon as a slot opens.
Managing Your Subscription
- Click your profile icon in the header
- Select Account
- Go to the Billing tab
- Manage your subscription, purchase credits, or view transaction history
