Projects & Shots
Organize your assets into projects and sub-folders.
Projects and shots are the two-level hierarchy behind everything else — a project per client or campaign, shots for the individual scenes or deliverables inside it. Every generation can be assigned to one, and every app respects the assignment.
Projects
Projects are top-level folders for organizing related work. Filter your gallery by project using the Project Selector in the header.

Click the Project Selector in the header.
Create the project

Optional: assign a color
Give it a color for quick visual identification across the app.
Shots
Shots are sub-folders within a project, for a scene, angle, or version. Drag and drop assets between shots in Gallery and Share, or:
Select a project
Shots live inside a project — select one first.
Open the Shot Selector
Click the Shot Selector in the header.
Create the shot

Assigning assets
- During generation — select a project/shot beforehand to auto-assign
- After generation — right-click an asset to move it
- In bulk — select multiple assets and move them together
- Drag and drop — in Gallery and Share, drag assets between shots
Good practices
- One project per client or campaign
- Shots for different deliverables or versions within a project
- Use Share once a shot's assets are ready to hand off — projects and shots are your production hierarchy, Share is the client-facing layer on top
