Projects & Shots

Organize your assets into projects and sub-folders.

Projects and Shots provide a two-level folder hierarchy for organizing your creative work.

Projects

Projects are top-level folders for organizing related work:

  • Create a project for each campaign, client, or creative brief
  • All generations can be assigned to a project
  • Filter your gallery by project using the Project Selector in the header

Creating a Project

  1. Click the Project Selector in the header
  2. Click Create Project
  3. Name your project
  4. Optionally assign a color for visual identification

Shots

Shots are sub-folders within projects for finer-grained organization:

  • Use shots for different scenes, angles, or versions
  • Drag and drop assets between shots in the Gallery and Review apps
  • Each shot can have its own set of assets

Creating a Shot

  1. Select a project first
  2. Click the Shot Selector in the header
  3. Click Create Shot
  4. Name your shot

Organizing Assets

  • During generation — Select a project/shot before generating to auto-assign
  • After generation — Right-click assets to move them to a project/shot
  • Batch operations — Select multiple assets and move them together
  • Drag and drop — In Gallery and Review apps, drag assets between shots

Best Practices

  • One project per client or campaign
  • Shots for different deliverables or versions within a project
  • Use the Review app for organizing final deliverables into shareable folders
