Kling start frames show clearer limits

Hylope warns when a Kling start frame is outside the supported ratio range and hides framing controls that the source already fixes.

Released in v0.9.35.

Kling video jobs now explain when a selected start frame falls outside the provider's supported 1:2.5 to 2.5:1 input range. That warning appears before submission, so you can choose a better source frame instead of discovering the constraint after a failed run.

When the input frame already determines the output framing, Hylope also hides the separate aspect-ratio picker. The video setup screen should now show only the controls that can actually affect the Kling result.
