Stripe adaptive pricing is enabled so eligible checkouts can show local currency pricing.

Hylope checkout now enables Stripe adaptive pricing for subscriptions and one-time credit purchases. When Stripe supports adaptive pricing for a customer's location, checkout can present localized currency pricing instead of only the default checkout currency.
This pairs with the tax collection improvements from v0.9.14, so billing details, taxes, and displayed pricing are handled more naturally during plan and credit purchases.
